* The vertical design for pressure roll and corrugating roll is considered to reduce the vibration while machine is running.
* The lubricant system of corrugating rolls and pressure roll are adopted the anti-high temperature grease.
* The corrugating rolls, pressure roll and glue roll are equipped with hydraulic system and pressure saver control.
* The gaps of each roll are adjusted by hydraulic motor control.
* Positive pressure type design helps the medium paper to get pressure evenly and be close to the surface of corrugating roll to have perfect forming.
* Assisting heating roll design fits for any different quality paper and production speed. And also reduce the mark which is due to over press.
* Quick change rolls in 15 minutes.
* While replacing the corrugating rolls, the whole complete set of additional rolls with cassette is delivered into the machine by the motorized carriage and matched with the air pump to be fixed on the base of the machine by hydraulic system. Which just use several push-button switches complete the replace task instead of tools.
* All inlet & outlet of vapor for corrugating rolls are centralized and controlled by the air valve. The additional corrugating rolls should be preheating before replacement.
* Easy operation control system is also one of the characteristics of MSF-35P. Touch screen with colorful drawing display operation state, function selection, trouble indication and shooting, parameter setting and so on. It presents the easy operation, function completeness without missing and humanity.
* Independent drive. Belt conveyor system instead of gear box.
* Cover angle of preheating for liner is adjustment.
New Glue Unit Design:
* Swing type unit get more stable position during production.
* Better gluing and bonding: During gluing, the gravity of the glue roll will incline to the corrugating roll and keep the level of the center on the same level that will help the bonding the touch points of both rolls.
* Auto glue film adjustment.
* Auto glue width calibrate.
* " Over flow” type glue unit design which prevent from the glue cooked and also keep the glue level in the higher position to prevent from adjustment.
